Basic Japanese

If you're planning to visit Japan, it's a good idea to learn some basic Japanese words and phrases before you go.

In my humble opinion, these would be useful Japanese phrases I would have in mind:

Hello - konnichiwa
Goodbye - Sayonara

Yes - Hai (Japanese seem to acknowledge each sentence you say with "Hai")
No - No

Please - Shite kudasai
Thank you - Arigatogozaimashita (Good luck writing this out! hahaha)

I keep hearing "Sumi masen" (I'm sorry) and "kurewa" (living room)

I have Korean and Japanese friends so sometimes, my brain mixes up the Korean "yea" with the Japanese "hai" @_@

I think I shall try to focus on Japanese first because I have been fascinated with Japanese culture since I was 9 years old.

As the Japanese say: Ganbatte ne! がんばって ね

Autumn in Japan

Do you believe that there is a heaven on earth?

Well, I do especially when I see natural beauty.

Isn't autumn in Japan just spectacular?

I hope that I can visit Japan one day to witness this autumn scene myself ^_^

I would enjoy some shinrin-yoku (forest bathing).

I can just inhale the crisp and clean air - I would do yoga, run or just take a leisurely stroll.

I will definitely take lots and lots and lots of photographs!!!
